Alternative text: describe the content of the picture to a person who cannot see it.
If you add decorative pictures which do not contain relevant information, add alternative texts the same way you do for other pictures. Leave the description empty. This way a screen reader can interpret the pictures as decorative pictures and bypass them.
There are three exercise types in which you can add a picture as an answer option. They are multiple choice exercise, checkbox exercise and match pairs exercise. If you use pictures in the answer options, write the alt text to the text field of the answer option. The text is shown to all players in the game so don’t use the #accessibility# tags in the description.
