Being thrown out of a game may be due to the player’s game device memory being too full. The browser goes down when the player is trying to include a picture in their answer. They can add memory to the device by closing unnecessary apps, removing files, restarting the device and by logging in again. The player does not have to login to the game anew, if the browser remembers their previous login (if cookies are allowed).
